Senior US Tax Associate

Full-Time Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST

We're looking for an experienced Senior US Tax Associate to join our Hyderabad office.

This role is ideal for professionals who have built a strong foundation in US business taxation and are now looking for broader exposure, greater responsibility, and faster career progression than is typically available in larger organizations. You'll work on US business tax compliance engagements for CPA firms across the United States while gaining exposure to Federal, State and Local taxation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior US Tax Associate, you will:

Prepare US Federal business income tax returns, including: Form 1120 (C Corporations), Form 1120-S (S Corporations), Form 1065 (Partnerships), Form 1040 (Individuals)
Prepare and support State and Local tax compliance filings.
Review tax returns and supporting workpapers for accuracy and completeness.
Process and monitor Federal, State and Local tax payments.
Conduct tax research using IRS guidance and professional research resources.
Assist in responding to tax notices and compliance-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience

We're looking for professionals with:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in US Tax Compliance.
Strong experience preparing Forms 1120, 1120-S and 1065.
Experience in Corporate and Partnership taxation.
Good understanding of Federal, State, and Local tax compliance.
Practical knowledge of tax payment procedures and filing requirements.
Experience with Intuit ProSeries is preferred (experience with similar professional tax software is also welcome).
Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) [Preferred]. Candidates pursuing EA or CPA with relevant US Tax experience are encouraged to apply.
